Fill a basin with warm water. Dissolve Heal-2-Toe moisturizing foot soak in water and soak feet for 15-20 mins before gently using the double sided abrasive foot file to help remove callus buildup and dead skin on heels.

This small batch remedy can be used daily or as regularly as needed to help maintain soft, beautiful and most importantly comfortable feet all year long.
