All these herbs have been grown in our garden and were hand picked with the intension to hold space for you. Use this boiling smudge pouch to help anchor your dreams into Earths reality, enhance dream journeying and open awareness toward dream recall.

How to utilize this practice:
Place a medium sized pot of water on heat filling it half way
Empty contents of package into pot of water and allow it to come to a complete simmer
Set intension/ speak your prayer or voice your dreams with wholehearted intension
Enjoy the beautiful Earthy aroma as it smudges and diffuses through your home
Set a 5 minute timer to remind yourself that your smudge is boiling, as the timer ends, set another one if you wish to continue smudging. As the water levels evaporate from boiling you may add more water to keep your practice going or complete your practice by removing the pot from the heat and returning the saturated herbs back to Mother Earth with care.
