Foot Care Kit-Balm of Gilead

Bring back the pep in your step with our sustainably foraged Balm of Gilead Foot Care Kit made with ingredients that help fight against the abuse of the elements, soften skin and reduce stiffness. Begin by washing your feet with a bar of our natural soap and then you're ready to embrace a 15-20 minute mango butter enriched Heal-2-Toe Epsom Salt Foot Soak in a basin of warm water.

Follow with a gentle scrub offered by the dual-sided abrasive file to help keep feet smooth and to assist in the removal of rough calloused skin.

Lastly, rinse with clean warm water, dampen dry and apply our all natural hydrating Balm of Gilead to seal the deal with all the self care you just gifted your beautiful feet. This Balm is made for preventing dryness and nourishing the outermost protective layer of the skins moisture barrier. If you apply it thick, be careful not to slip! Allow our Balm of Gilead to absorb thoroughly before walking around.

Repeat 2-3 times a week or as regularly as needed to prevent cracked or damaged skin caused by dryness and maintain soft heels.
