How to utilize this practice:

  1. Place a medium sized pot of water on heat filling it half way

  2. Empty contents of package into pot of water and allow it to come to a complete simmer

  3. Set intension/ speak your prayer or voice your dreams with wholehearted intension

  4. Enjoy the beautiful Earthy aroma as it smudges and diffuses through your home

  5. Set a 5 minute timer to remind yourself that your smudge is boiling, as the timer ends, set another one if you wish to continue smudging. As the water levels evaporate from boiling you may add more water to keep your practice going or complete your practice by removing the pot from the heat and returning the saturated herbs back to Mother Earth with care.
