Rooted Retreat

We will gather together to create a sacred space where you can delve deep into your inner world through connection with Mother Earth and like-hearted community. This is a place where you can bask in the simplicity of life and call upon the healing that is ready to show up for you. The Rooted Woman’s Retreat is an opportunity to pause, reflect, let go and nurture the many beautiful layers that make up you. It will take place over a deliberately unhurried weekend, where we will embark on a path of self-exploration, guided by experienced mentors and enriched by the collective wisdom of fellow participants who feel called to gather.

>Located 11km off of the Loon Lake exit (about 90 mins from Kelowna and 3.5 hours from Vancouver)
>100% solar powered property. Details of the location will be released closer to the event.
>No wifi and no cell service on the property, it’s time to take a break! (Service is accessible within minutes by car if need be)

Brooke Rankin
Your retreat hostess. Brooke is a dedicated Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner and Women’s Circle Facilitator who integrates energy medicine into her wholistic practices. Her ongoing studies in plant medicine have deepened her understanding of wellness, revealing that true balance encompasses not only the physical realm but also the vital energy that flows within us. Join me on a 2 night and 3 day retreat immersed in nature so that we can nurture and explore with curiosity what surfaces in the stillness of it all.
Lisa moses
Joining locally from Merritt, BC. Lisa is a Nlaka'pamux Indigenous intuitive practitioner specializing in sound bath and breathwork healing. Drawing on ancestral wisdom and deep intuitive guidance, Lisa creates a nurturing space for relaxation, release, and reconnection.

Joining us from Qualicum Beach, BC. Stef will be a guide on your self-discovery journey, leading you back to the centre of your heart space while utilizing ancient practices such as cacao ceremony & ecstatic movement flow.
Jennifer Seniuk
Joining us from Calgary, AB. Jenn is an art therapist, counsellor, angelic reiki master and women's circle facilitator who will be offering a Womb Center healing ceremony on Saturday. “When we begin to heal the womb space—energetically, emotionally, and creatively—we remember who we are. Womb healing invites us back into our bodies, improves our relationships, calls in creative life force energy, and helps us shift from the wounded feminine into the embodied Divine Feminine.”
