What is our shipping policy?

**Please make sure your mailing address is correct at checkout. All failed deliveries from an incorrect address will be held for 15 days. We will send out an email requesting an updated mailing address, and attempt to re-send at customers expense. Re-sent orders will incur shipping costs at Canada Post's standard rates plus an additional $5.00 fee.

DOMESTIC/ INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship any hemp infused products outside of Canada.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping may vary.

Items will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified. This does not include custom orders. When making a custom order, the time for preparation will be discussed upon inquiry. See our contact page for more information. 

Once your order is prepared by our team at ESC and your parcel is received by Canada Post, we will than contact you via email with your updated tracking information provided.

We are not responsible for delays of delivery once your parcel is in the care of Canada Post.

INTERNATIONAL

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you handle returns and exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Personal hygiene products. This includes soap, lotion, bath bombs, lip balm etc.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged goods

If you happen to receive an item from us that has been damaged through the process of shipping, please contact us within the first 14 days upon the arrival of your order.

If we do not hear from you within the first 14 days, ESC is not responsible for any loss in value of the damaged item/items.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the condition that is being otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items refused by recipient

All packages that are refused by recipient and/or sent back to EARTHANDSOULCOLLECTIONS.COM will be held for 30 days. We will send out an email regarding the reason for refusal and an attempt to resend the package at customers expense at Canada post counter price. No refund will be issued unless we have been in contact with the recipient.
